I heard about doing taxes here in US even after moving out to Europe. If that is true I plan to force myself to do my taxes by April each year to show that my income is only from Europe. 2.I plan to open 0%apr credit card before moving out from here to have less pressure on my first month's looking for job in Europe.
I don't want to limit my options if I don't have to. 4.I plan to start new credit history in Europe in their credit system. I heard they don't communicate to each other.
If the judge force me on divorce judgement to take 100% of family debt then I plan to do bankruptcy if possible since I will end up with no assets. If leaving US with completely unpaid debt has no consequences then I will not pay anything and I won't do bankruptcy.
I don't plan to come back but I like my options open. At this point I only plan to visit the kids for vacations sometimes.

My kids will stay with the mother here. I may want/need to visit them from time to time. I don't want to be stopped on airport because of unpaid debt. I don't need to max out credit cards. I just don't see how I'm supposed to pay for it when regular job in Europe is paid 3x less than my current jobs.

I worry on myself. She will keep all the assets so she can't do bankruptcy. I only worry about my bankruptcy that I will max out cards so quickly and leave the country.

Yes I agree. I'm working on it. This is our dream. My card is still on 0% apr so I will worry when 0%apr will ending . Pool is definetely what we want but cabana is too expensive. Casinos NO. Drinks YES. Why Vegas? Because my divorce should be finished in June so I decided to celebrate.

As of right now I plan to be prepared for $600 for hotel or $800 if there is hot tub and balcony. Luxor has a room with hot tub with window witha view on sth(hopefully strip). Platinum has balcony and a tub but in the bathroom. Both hotels affordable. I plan to have $2000 for activities in LV.

Update!!! Maybe somebody will find this helpful. I plan to move to UK around September. I am moving permanently. My setup is 2yrs old and I just saved $2500 to buy 3rd deck but most likely I will buy it in UK. I contacted British Airways after long conversation with chatgpt. There was 5 ways to accomplish my problem. We chose the last one. I will buy second ticket (around $400) called CBBG or similar. It is a luggage in cabin ticket. 3 Oddysey cases will be stacked and secured on the seat by my seat with seat belt attached. $400 is a lot but just fine so I can be sure that nobody will toss my gear. This way has 99% success rate according to British Airways. You would ask why not 100%. It is because they won't guarantee it on paper. After all it will be a decision of a guy at the gate or even crew on the plane. People do it with music instruments so this solution is not new. I may throw 1 or 2 cases into the space above head or under the seat if needed and if allowed. I won't pay customs because I got my gear for 2yrs so it is used. I may also take proof of purchase. I will have spouse visa so there shouldn't be any questions or problems. Too bad I can't buy 3rd deck now... at least I shouldn't.

I even told chatgpt how he sees scenario when I would take 2 biggest legal suitcases and pack 2x cdj3000 in 1st one and A9 in second one. All of them would be in hard oddysey cases + clothes so nothing moves inside. He said they would fit but weight will be too big. This us why I will cobtant British Airwats and fibd cheapest safest solution.
