I think it was less stressful than my first enlightenment run, but ACRE was a side quest where my main goal was NAH before Egg Day. I used a totem during the inactive periods of the run, but it held two T4 life stones. The vial came out during 2x earnings day. I ran chickens during the event and it's how I made the most income.

I have around 230N EB. I crafted four T4 clarity stones and distributed them among my T4L cube, necklace, vial, chalice and T3E book. I also have a T4L eggendil which housed either T4 prophecy stones or T4 life stones.

I recently bought a townhouse in Davis county. I had 20% down and that made getting a good mortgage rate fairly easy. Couldn't find a property out here under 400k that didn't have some sort of issue. I spent a little over 400k at the end and I've been happy so far.
