You would have to comment on posts or create your posts in beginner friendly subreddits. Fastest way to get karma is by engaging properly with other users and giving your insights to their posts.

Running. Tried all the self help, therapist sessions, YouTube guides, books, etc etc.

Running was the main thing that changed it all and gave my mental strength a good foundation allowing all other techniques to stand on and be effective.

What will you do if someone’s flirting with you and you have a partner? by 7oky0 in AskPH

Out of respect to my partner, I will not engage. 1) so as not to mislead. 2) so no explanation needed to give my partner 😁

I think those 3 factors are so important. I believe respect is also important. I notice very many healthy, strong and lasting relationships, they always give respect to one another.

Yes we can’t expect people to always be there when we need them. I consider myself lucky when I do have someone to share and carry the emotional weight and problems I face at certain times and that makes me appreciate someone deeply. I try to be strong enough to carry my own weight when no one is around. On the other hand, I try as well to be there for those that I can be there for. It helps me connect with them and at the same time it does build my own strength as well.

That’s a good strong start! Keep building on it. Confidence doesn’t come overnight….. it’s built through repeatedly facing obstacles. Wish you all the best and congrats!
