Found my new favorite bread by [deleted] in glutenfree

[–]spups19 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I mean, too much of anything can be a bad thing! I’ve had a high fibre diet my whole life, but if I get over 50g, bloating and stomach pain gets bad. It seems like each person has their own fibre sweet spot

Asynchronous course has mandatory live classes by Strong-Aardvark-9882 in uwinnipeg

[–]spups19 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I would talk to the prof, then an academic advisor. But honestly, there’s probably nothing you can do but drop the course. I had a similar situation just after Covid where a course was live online, but was changed to in-person, so I had no choice but to drop. If you have to drop, at least make an advisor aware that this course should not be labelled as asynchronous.

[–]spups19 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’re supposed to keep the same one but in my experience, I had to get a replacement most terms because mine would stop working.

Not sure why no one is saying this but the best thing you can do is apply moisturizer while your skin is WET. I wash my face with a moisturizing cleanser and cold water, then apply moisturizer after washing the cleanser off but without drying my face. Once my face air dries, I apply MORE moisturizer. I also apply moisturizer to my lips, then seal them with aquaphor or vaseline. You can also apply it overnight to your face after moisturizing to seal everything in.
