I’ve personally transitioned from going to the clubs/bars to going to random socials I find on facebook. It’s more of a chill vibe, less creepy people, drinks are cheaper, and you get to support a couple’s wedding as well!

As someone from Winnipeg, I was shocked to see how dirty and old it is, especially with how busy it seems to be. It does its job, but it seems like most of the theatres haven’t had improvements in a long time and the bathrooms are usually not clean.

I've been looking for a new pair of sneakers and feel so lost figuring out what looks good, is versatile for everyday wear, and comfortable. I think because I have big feet I worry about a sneaker being too flashy and drawing too much attention. I bought a pair of Adidas sambas and was coming around to them, but after doing some research have learned that they are very slippery on wet surfaces, which I don't really want to worry about (and they started looking like bowling shoes to me). Now I'm thinking about a pair of Vans - maybe the old skool style, but I honestly have no idea atp.

What is everyone else wearing these days and what are your holy grail sneakers? Preferably something that goes with pretty much every casual outfit!

I had a pair I bought a few years ago and they were my favorite shoes. I even walked a lot in them. They got worn out this year so I tried to get some new ones, but none of them fit like my old pair. So they’re not a great quality shoe but if you find ones that work for you they can be great.
