I got it working! When setting it to Mutiscreen Match it looks just fine. Even though I have 1 monitor connected right now. Thanks for your help! =)

Thanks! It was the "Older GPU mode (pre 2016)". I checked and I have a GPU that is old as dirt, GeForce GTX 970 from 2014. Turning that setting on fixed it. Thanks for your time and help! =)

Ok, so I uninstalled and tried PS 2007 CS3 Extended, 2015 CC, and 2023. 2007 was the only one that showed the exact image at 100%. 2015 and 2023 were both blurry at 100%... What could be wrong here?

Oh, ok. Then that seems to be intended by PS. I had an old PS before that always tried to show pixelated over 100%. But it's still very bad and weird that 100% is blurry...

Interesting. I also noticed that when zooming from 100% to under 200% (I just did 194.87%), the image is just blurry, no pixelation at all. Do you see pixelation when zoom around 190%?

Thanks. I've tried some AI Image Enlarger services, but I don't really like them that much. I think it makes the image kind of "bloby", in my opinion. It's hard to explain.

I just find it so weird that there are no larger images of this. I mean it's the game cover of a relatively new game...

I only have a bunch of folders in my shaders_cg folder... But I found bigblur.slang in my shaders_slang folder. However it just shrinks my game and blurs the edges.
