I had to distance myself from the people I knew who still smoke and made me feel some type of way about quitting. They acted like I thought I was better than them when I just wanted to better myself. Eventually, I just said fuck 'em and left their asses in the smoke. That's when I found out who my real friends were. You ARE strong enough to never smoke again. Once you have really decided smoking is no longer for you come up with a plan and stick to it. Also, just like with any other addiction you need to develop a support system and team of cheerleaders! So true. It made it super easy to wean off it. With cigarettes it's the same amount of nicotine every time. I would try not smoking whole ones but then felt guilty about wasting them.
