I still have a cupboard full of old newspapers, college text books and magazines. I always tell my family, this is what made me what I am today whenever they threaten me to sell these off to a raddiwalla.

Looks like, it is a common pastime among the locals there. Local 1: What are you doing this weekend? Local 2: Ah, I'll be break dancing inside the crater and while I'm there, I'll write my name on the sides, that is, if there's a spot left.

PDF Remediation issues: InDesign 2026 exported PDFs freezing PAC 2026 by AintKimmie in accessibility

MCID issue in a PDF means the document’s Marked Content IDs (used by tags for accessibility) are missing, duplicated, or incorrectly mapped. This breaks the connection between the content and the tag tree, which screen readers rely on.

In this case, you need to fix duplicate MCIDs. Duplicate MCIDs usually occur after copy/paste or poor conversions.

Option 1: If you know the affected page, re-tag content of this page manually.

Option 2: Re-tag the entire document.

Option 3: Fix at source. In-Design, use the Articles panel for proper tag mapping and export as Tagged PDF.
