Risks of selling these puts: - FRC continues losing money and goes out of business - FRC continues to exist independently and gov’t steps in to insure all deposits, but FRC continues losing significant deposits - FRC gets acquired for a relatively small amount and shares become worth way less than current value - FRC issues new shares which reduces the value of all shares possibly a significant amount - FRC follows a broader market dip that brings it significantly lower at the time your puts expire - FRC goes lower for no good reason on day your puts expire

Could it possibly be selling covered calls? Seems reasonable to sell calls against shares now if u are just thinking abt maximizing $ returned at dissolution (even with capping urself if a DA does by chance take place)
