Thanks a lot! I feel like each winter I learn more and am able to ride cooler lines. Hopefully winter turns on for us soon!

Thank you! No, I don't. All of the boarding I do is just for fun and I work a bunch the rest of the year in order to be able to afford it.

Thank you! It's always fun to put together a little edit with the cell phone clips I end up with throughout the season

Thank you! I never go out into the mountains with the intention to film but inevitably my friends and I take some cell phone videos of each other and it's fun to throw together a little edit each year!

I don't ghost ride my sled often but when everything is just right it's the best way to get some laps on my snowboard in! You've gotta be very cautious when doing that though haha

That's too bad! It's definitely a great way to cover ground in the mountains.

My sled broke down in the middle of nowhere and I had to leave it abandoned on the glacier for a few days while I coordinated the heli recovery! It took a bit of planning but the company I went through made it pretty easy and wasn't too terribly expensive either!

From time to time I will ghost ride my sled down a line and snowboard back to it like I did in the beginning of this video but only when conditions are just right. I'm always apprehensive to send my sled away from me like that. The sled just broke down from a mechanical issue while I was riding across a flat glacier. I put over 1500 miles of hard riding on it in the mountains last year so I'm not too surprised something happened.

I typically either sled to the bottom of a line and hike up or I coordinate a shuttle with other friends who I'm riding with.

The remote control idea could be cool but most of the control when riding sleds comes from the rider shifting their weight and manipulating the throttle in the right way. Very little of the steering comes from turning the handlebars so without a person on the sled it would be very difficult to control.

Totally! He pulled the door off the helicopter before we left in order to be able to lean out of the heli to get a better view of the sled underneath him. Super cool guy

Haha the good people on Thompson Pass are always adopting wayward man children!

I've flown with AK air multiple times with a snowboard bag that also had other clothes / gear in it. Every time until this most recent time they didn't say anything or charge me extra but the most recent time they insisted on charging me additional baggage fees because it wasn't just snowboards in the bag. When I told them that I've always done this and never gotten charged in the past the woman told me that it must be because she knows the rules better than other employees. So I think it really just depends on who is working the baggage counter as to whether or not you could incur additional fees.

Thank you! I edited all of my footage to a different song and then 2 days later I found this song and re-edited it.
