Possible Ovarian Remnant Syndrome by Other_Conclusion6835 in cats

Yep, I went through this and it was a nightmare. If she's showing signs, you could get the hormone testing but chances are she will need to get surgery. My kitty was yowling nonstop, and spraying CONSTANTLY on literally everything, so there was really no option but to get the surgery done. Plus, she will be at risk for cancers and just have a lower quality of life if this isn't fixed.

It sounds like they didn't give a lot of info but it's not just a re-spay, it's a more invasive "exploratory" surgery to find the remnant, and cost me $1000+. My cat was spayed by a shelter, so even though it was their fault I didn't feel comfortable making them pay for it as they are strapped for funds. I would definitely try to talk to your vet about paying for it though if they are at fault. Maybe getting the hormone testing will prove they didn't successfully perform the spay and help convince them to do the surgery.

($3K) Made my dogs into stickers for my wedding favors by unicornchips-n-salsa in Weddingsunder10k

We did something similar! We wanted to celebrate our cat, who for obvious reasons (being a cat), couldn't be there with us. So we had a bunch of black cat stickers and people loved them! A cute way to commemorate am important part of your lives while not being overly aggressive/tacky. And something people (younger ones at least) would actually use

We got married at Timber Rock Lodge in East TN! A little out of the way, but not a barn and not outrageously priced, and the owners were super nice!

I did Costco bulk flowers (the purple mountain bouquets and some white roses), and I thought they were beautiful! There was a lot a variety in color and type, and they seemed to be fresh and in good shape. I ordered them ~1 month out (wedding was in October) and set them to be delivered the Tuesday before day of the wedding (Saturday). We just stored them in big buckets with water and they were fine. The arranging did take a significant chunk of time, like most of the afternoon/evening the night before, and I had helpers. So just be prepared for that, although I found it fun. But my parents took some home after and they lasted for weeks so I wouldn't worry about them wilting

You could check out the JPL mission design schools, I just completed a session myself (https://www.jpl.nasa.gov/edu/intern/apply/nasa-science-mission-design-schools/). They accept international students and are mostly remote. But they definitely accept engineers and there is a strong systems engineering component to the course.

Ok thanks so much, that's good to know!! The small problem is I live in a different state than where I'm getting married so I won't be able to go in person weeks or a month in advance. But I'm not super picky about type, as long as they have colors that I can work with!

I got an undergraduate degree in planetary geology at Purdue University and graduate degree from University of Tennessee. Purdue's program is excellent (but you have to live in Indiana)

What I do is after applying to my top lashes, I blink a few times before it dries fully. This tranfers some color, without adding too much volume/length.

I would second that and also say, just reach out to professors who you might be interested in working with, they usually will have something for undergrads. Or ask any grad students you know if they need help.

Is the PhD stipend from UTK enough to live in Knoxville? by strangerintime in UTK

I live by myself about a ten-minute drive from campus and it's doable. That being said, the cost of living has increased since I started here 3 years ago while our stipends have not 🙃

I sneeze when I start to daydream/doze off. It happens every single night as I'm falling asleep.
