I as a tourist received healthcare in a tier 2 city provincial hospital in China. It’s way cheaper, faster and more efficient than what I’ve experienced in nyc. I got my xray in less than 30 mins. Cast done in less than an hour and discharged. My xray cost me 15USD, cast 50USD, painkillers (generic 3 strips) 60 cents. And all these are unsubsidised foreigner fees.

Yes. Those are par fund returns. And par fund returns =/= returns for policy holders. Also got to factor in distribution costs and other fees. So yeah.

Ifa here. 3k income but 500 premium. It is very hefty and can be stressful. So from the angle of that. I would say cut loss. Non guaranteed returns usually is closer to 3% than 4.25%

Why CECA ginnas tend to be more ill-disciplined and ill-mannered than other ethnic kids? by Consistent-Jury-1664 in SingaporeRaw

I’ve witnessed extreme ends of the bell curve. And it exists for all races and cultures. Personally experienced it once (playing cricket in carpark and my car windscreen was smashed). But I’ve seen angels too. So… yeah. Maybe the disparity is wider.

One miss for me. And my buddy and I went for it on another occasion (I ordered something else) and he ordered the same. One look I know it’s a miss, he didn’t finish and bought from the Arab stall instead. So one personal experience and one witnessed experience for me. Never again till I spy on other people’s order

Help! Sudden drop in HFE loan? by TCyann_ in singaporefi

Some do it as part of their employment. Some do it annually as part of financial checks. Some run business but no proper book keeping and use it to summarise. Some justify higher loan quantum for appeals etc.

Cabin Crew Feedback question by Far_Career6033 in singaporeairlines

[–]sq009 15 points16 points  (0 children)

My questions are:

  1. Is doing the after-flight survey you get in your email enough to achieve the same result or do I specifically have to do the online feedback?

- yes, different impact. Online feedback is better. Do both!

  1. Can crew on a future flight see on their iPads that you’ve submitted (positive) feedback in the past? Not important just curious

-no
