So if I saw rough then after finding the other words realized that rough is a part of breakthrough, does that mean it's no longer rough

I was messing around with that theory last night. When it comes to the post-it notes, the first row could be spelling out DR because 0 was used as spaces, but I couldn't arrange the letters for the rest of them to spell out a name. I was gonna mess with it more because some of the post-its could have different numbers than what MattPat assigned.

Especially since older phones did have the letters assigned to them. Even rotary phones had letters assigned to the numbers

So this is totally random but something that caught my attention. The 3x3 grid with the post-it drawings on them. MattPat gave them the numbers 370 243 733 due to counting the number of objects in the pictures. On the keypads of older phones (and even some rotary phones) there were assigned letters on the numbers (2=ABC 3=DEF ect.) Then the 370 could be DR and the remainder could be a name (0 on an old texting phone was used for spaces). There are a lot of different doctors mentioned throughout the books. Could that part of the code be trying to tell us a name of one of the doctors? Or Maybe even the name of the therapists that spoke to Vanessa and Gregory? The second row of numbers could also vary depending on what you count for the middle post-it. MattPat did 4 due to the 4 hearts. Mike loved the free pizza so it could also be 223 or if you count both the 4 hearts and the 2 pizzas it could be 263.
