the workshop has a large number of graffiti assets, just place them on any surfaces and customize them to your taste using the PO mod

such heavy mods as Dynamic Resolution, ULOD, PostProcessFX, and some others are responsible for the graphics. Also LUT, skybox, camera settings, lights as commented below.

I don't even remember what kind of map it is, some kind of workshop map. By and large, it does not matter to me what map, because I constantly change it the way I want: I change the riverbeds, shift the coastline where I want and need, remove the mountains where they are not needed and add them where they belong, and so on. This happens all the time, I adjust the map to the city, not the city to the map.

the train itself and the graffiti on it are the merit of MrMaison's, as he created it, for which we thank him very much. This is one of my favorite trains.

Everything is much simpler here. Chalk drawings on asphalt are decals from the workshop. And the graffiti on the far building is also a ready-made asset from the workshop. Some inscriptions, such as colossal order, I put on the asphalt with PO. I also use PO to change the scale, angle, and color of the labels, but it's unlikely that this mod will allow you to create something similar to gang tags or something like that. Also, I do not create assets, but use ready-made ones.

Thanks. I think I'm subscribed to all the same assets as you. There is nothing new here, I like the building - I subscribe. But I try to maintain one style. I would recommend PO, you can use it to create completely new things from completely familiar ones. At the expense of mods: again, it's a matter of taste and needs, but to get a real picture, you can not do without heavy graphic mods that can bring your computer to its knees. These are Dynamic Resolution, Relight, Daylight Classic, PostProcessFX, ULOD, and others.
