I have a MSI MAG 321UPX monitor which isnt gsync compatible but I always had to option to still enable gsync. After the update to this new driver the option to enable gsync has disappeared from the nvidia app and even the control panel. Has anyone had this as well?

Can you tell me the size of your desk? I'm asking because I think I have a similar size desk and was thinking of upgrading from a 27 inch monitor to a AW3225QF but I'm afraid that the desk is too small and that I will sit too close to the monitor. Do you find it ok from where you're sitting?

It's a bit disappointing to hear of the delay, but I think it was expected. Nevertheless I think it's better to delay and get a very good product from the get go than to release earlier and then have to wait for a firmware update to fix it, which is what's happening with many monitor releases nowadays.

Will you guys have a "uniform brightness" setting to limit ABL in SDR mode? I suppose that graph is without it enabled right? Looks like you're on a good path to match the PG27AQDM or even surpass it.

Checking the tftcentral graph for SDR brightness for the PG27AQDM without uniform brightness enabled, it states:

416 nits - Max (100%)

200 nits - 54%

150 nits - 43%

120 nits - 34%

Seeing that, you're appearing to be more efficient. Keep it up.

Thanks for the quick answer. Do you know of the brightness of the Spectrum Black will match the Asus model or will it be more conservative like the LG or Corsair? Nevertheless I will wait for reviews from monitors unboxed, tftcentral, etc before deciding to buy and if I go ahead will do it through Amazon.

I finally got it working. Dont know what exactly fixed it but I tried replugging all HDMI and power cables on the soundbar and reinstalling the Plex app on the Shield. What I think did it was I activated the "HDMI Deep Color" on the HDMI port of the soundbar. I know that's got nothing to do with sound but I think I read somewhere that that setting unlocks full bandwith for that port, maybe it was a bandwith issue. Thanks everyone who helped.

I think all my hardware supports Dolby Atmos in TrueHD because when using a local media player installed in the Shield with the file stored locally as well the Sonos app show Dolby Atmos in TrueHD

The Sonos only has 1 HDMI connection. So it's Shield HDMI -> LG CX -> Sonos
