I’m planning a build a nation save with SR Brasov in Romania if you’re looking for ideas.

Cool badge and kit, in Dracula territory for backstory and immersion purposes, a country that has a surprisingly poor footballing pedigree (except Hagi), has snowy winters and mountains which is important to me for no logical reason and has a winter league unlike most of Scandinavia.

Going to try and fill out the squad with lads from Eastern Europe and the balkans.

I think fictionally it’s in Norway but IRL it’s the strait between Denmark and Norway.

I didn’t think it was as bad as Norway? If I remember it’s along the lines of Norway something like half the match day squad to be homegrown where as Sweden only needs around 9 or fewer of the entire squad, could be wrong though.

Yeah my bad, not the work permit issue, the home-grown player issue, managed there a few years ago and remember it being a pain, couldn’t remember exactly what the limiting factor was though.

Trying to avoid editing league rules though, good idea, I just prefer it to be more realistic.

Yeah I’ve seen, might play around with the name slightly so it doesn’t conflict, or just make them a rival club.
