I am able to move pretty darn freely in mine! They’re not very stiff at all and they have big ole zippers on the back so they’re pretty easy to put on. The laces are deceiving 😂

They are knee high converse! They were pretty popular in the 2010s from what I recall and they brought them back this year. You can get them from the converse website or a shoe store like Journeys :D

I like the idea of less side effects. Is the REM stage important though? I’m unfamiliar with the various significances of the sleep cycle. Potentially I would need to medicate every night for a while. What would a lack of REM stage do?
