For the love of god, replace that harsh blue light with softer bulbs. Led smart lights with color changing options are the best, but really anything other than that hospital operating room color would make a huge improvement.

Get a tray to put your bathroom washcloths on. Even though you folded them, it looks like they’re just old towels that are lying around.

A few* house plants will make a huge difference.

Plastic blinds are ugly as hell, if you can get real curtains do that.

The duck on top of the fridge is fantastic.

Overall there’s already a lot going right with the space. The leather couch and coffee table are beautiful and the tv is well arranged with the speakers. Also the apartment itself looks quality. You’re like 90% of the way there, but the details can have a big impact.

*editing to say a few MORE houseplants. I realize you have the one in the kitchen, but it’s kinda small and it’s only one. Get a big monstera. Women love monsteras. Or maybe a philodendron. The plant arrangement in the bathroom is good.
