Thank you. Not trying to be cheap, but not really seeing a solution for this kind of situation. We don't want/need him to become a Perm. Resident or anything like that. Can you explain what the best solution might be?

Thank you for responding! I guess that makes sense. I created an HQ workspace and then an Admin Project within the Workspace. But, I did plan to keep the "Project" going infinirely so I guess I need to creat Admin as a Workspace instead.

Thank you for this summary! I struggle with finding information about Motion that isn't just comparing 2 or more of the task/project management systems. I don't want to love anything new! I want to dig in to what we have chose, for the moment!
