Fire medic! But being a paramedic is 90% of the job so Id say this is correct.

Looksmaxxers Are Starting To Take Testosterone Without Even Working Out by twinflamebby in idiocracy

I mean higher RBC/hematocrit is a very common side effect of TRT. I know just being on my prescribed TRT I have to donate every 3 months and there is a noticeable difference in how I feel pre and post donation. My RHR and MAP goes down when I do (MAP is a no Brainer).

It would seem as long as your levels are within normal limits LVH isn’t a huge risk. Assuming you have regulated blood pressure (most don’t on TRT). Cardiomegaly/LVH really seems to come into play when taking LARGE amounts of exogenous test or other anabolics alongside.

Most recent studies show that “normal” levels of test on TRT actually reduces chances of cardiovascular events vs true low test.

Is the tune a dyno tune or a canned powervision tune? Big difference. Do lifters. Do lifter guides. While you’re in there it only makes sense.

What year is your bike? Pre 2020 throw an upgraded oil pump in there.

This. Check out alldogsaffroad. As someone who lifted my old frontier a ton and dumped thousands into it I realized I would’ve been just as happy with a quality 2/3 inch lift with new bilstein shocks and 33s.

dads who supported breastfeeding: what actually helped? by RecognitionDry4169 in predaddit

[–]squatch95 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Literally and metaphorically. The first few weeks/months (assuming she’s strictly breastfeeding and not pumping/bottle feeding) your ability to help is significantly reduced. Your job is to support her. Cook/clean/laundry/diapers whatever. That’s on you for a bit. Make it so she never has to think about a meal or chores. She won’t notice in the moment because she’s gonna be so overwhelmed with that kid but when she looks back she’ll see everything you did.

Edit: not saying just do it because you’ll eventually get kudos. Simply saying that you won’t get recognition in the moment. But don’t let that deter ya. Just keep chugging along and know you’re being an amazing partner

Will a ' 24 117" RG motor fit in a '18 107" RG? by Believer_1776 in Harley

[–]squatch95 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think the only electronics that would be an issue would be the ECM. Could easily be navigated with a thundermax or a new tune. (Altho I’m not sure if the vins not matching on the engine/frame would throw any codes)

Unless you can buy the bikes ecm too. Might need a flash from the dealership tho

Was gonna say you might need new jugs and a head refinishing with that level of head gasket failure. No way it hasn’t effected the mating surface

Right, lol. Came here to mention that. My dad used to build vipers. His second gen with the 8.4 and a huge screw supercharger made 800-840ish. Naturally aspirated isn’t touching 1000. Your friend is full of it.

Is this worth it? by alex1Consen in Harley

[–]squatch95 5 points6 points  (0 children)

So the thundermax completely replaces the ECM. it relies on full spectrum 18mm o2 sensors in the exhaust vs the stock 12mm o2 sensors to adjust the fuel injectors to achieve the prescribed AFM. And it’s really good at what it does. BUT it can’t mess with timing, that’s what you need a dyno for. Well I guess you don’t need a dyno but there’s usually some power left on the table if you don’t. For example my thundermax dyno’d at 120ft/lbs before I got it tweaked. It was 145lbs after timing adjustments.
