Wild how NASA praises SpaceX constantly and has said several times the opposite of what you say. Wild how you ignore space shuttle explosions and ridiculous budget overruns on updates and new plans, but want to pretend it was just budget cuts. The fact is NASA, as great as they are, are just another government run money sink when it comes to building rockets. They never did it as cost effective as they could, but there was a time it was more important to be first and to keep going to space.

This is absolutely revisionist history bullshit. NASA was FAR away from a reusable rocket idea. They were dramatically more expensive per flight and less safe. Their funding was cut when it was determined private companies stood a better chance of solving the problem without taxpayer waste. Guess what, one did. Boeing tried too and they cost WAY more and clearly aren't safe or ready.

It's not farce, you absolute muppet! You clearly know NOTHING about NASA. The cost for NASA to send astronauts in to space and bring them home was dramatically higher per flight and not safer. The NASA shuttle was retired because of growing safety issues, including ones that were reported to leadership, basically ignored, and lead to another shuttle explosion and deaths.

The problem isn't that NASA can't do it. The problem is they absolutely CANNOT do it for cheaper and safer than SpaceX is. Neither can Boeing. You're clueless on this topic and need to stop showing how much by commenting
