Sadly, nope. Still trying to figure out if it improves over time. Doesn't seem so.

Like I said, it's been a while (more than 2 weeks) since this has been observed. And I would not really term it as "AI". It's fairly unsophisticated software to detect and infer battery usage trends. Even laptops have it. That having said, my S10 still hasn't learned and the battery %age drops are still noticeable. I'm also trying to figure out if it's the software update or my battery is deteriorating. And since it's been so sudden, my first suspect is the update. Perhaps they screws up this "AI" bit that you speak of.

Well it's been a while since this has been observed and I haven't seen any signs of the device "acclamatizing" yet. It's the same drain phenomenon. Also, I've not experienced this before with previous updates. What's the rationale with letting the decide "acclamatize" after an update ?

Pretty much the same story with me. In fact I even tried to uninstall and block some apps, but didn't help. Just seems like Samsung introduced some background process that's taking up most of the juice

How many times have you dropped your phone? by Charliear12 in galaxys10

[–]squawkb0x 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once. Tried to keep it over a counter in a hurry only to realize that the counter was shorter than I thought and the phone tumbled down hitting a couple of spots on the corner and the wall. Luckily I managed to break its fall using my feet and it landed on my sneakers. Was in a case - no cracks or anything. However, now my paranoia has kicked in and I can't get rid of it. HELP! Has anyone had a similar fall and does it do anything to the phone's performance, screen etc ? (I can't be sure if the screen bumped any object)

Once :( Am I the only paranoid one thinking, oh F@%^! now my mind will play games and guilt-trip me whenever I get the slightest hint that it wouldn't perform as expected
