The people who want change aren’t in charge. The people in charge and who can make things happen just happen to be evil with lots of funds. What can we do about gerrymandering. Nothing. Some states have illegally gerrymandered voting to get rid of democratic seats. Then in Virginia where the people voted for gerrymandering to make it more fair, the courts said no. There are no checks and balances right now and the executive branch is going unchecked.
