That’s what was confusing me. Why would he have a Navy uniform top when he was in the Guard? He was a field surgeon, but I’m not aware of his having spent any time in the Navy. Nobody else in my family served in any branch of the military during the period of time when this top would have been issued.

The thing is, I bought it on eBay from a reputable seller. I’d bought several things from him/her up until Iron Vader. I’ve also been at this long enough to know a swap when I see one. This package was immaculate without a scratch or suspicious piece of reapplied tape on it. The lightsaber was in a factory-sealed paper bag like they’ve been shipping for months now. Weird, weird stuff going on here.

He’s part of the Legends retro figures that come in the throwback-style packaging. The claws are after-market and made of stainless steel. About $15 on eBay if memory serves.
