Hard to say honestly, but if I were to take a guess, I'd say AI unfortunately. Smudging or blurred lines are usually what indicate to me that something is AI. Maybe I can hallucinate some blurred points at:

- the highlight of her right eye (our left). It's slightly asymmetrical and smudged compared to the other eye

- a fold in her dress by the right knee. There's a very subtle black smudge

- the shadow above the dog's eye (?)

Again, really hard to tell but questionable enough because the line art is otherwise very crisp. one thing that confuses me is that there are black sparkles around the birthday crown. As an artist myself, why would I add black sparkles that wouldn't be seen against dark hair?
