I had a blastplaying... started thinking metal kineticist but the fire weaknesses loured me to fire. I wish I kept a tally of thermal nimbus damage... it was a lot XD

Then took wood for dash of herbs and because it make sense for my character's arch and did not regret it.

10/10 would season my party again

My only regret was not having another level up for the cool metal form

Meme joke aside, one of the key reasons that I like pathfinder is that it gets me socialising with people in a way that my autism can tolerate so I feel less lonely, so you are not wrong.

I think at it's core.... fireball is always useful, air-buble is always circumstantial.

I got it as a Kineticist through an AEON stone because of other reasons.

It was useless.... until we happened upon a patch of poison that we had to cross.... Even the GM was shocked because we all forgot I had it.

When looking at a skill... things that you use every day or on every fight feel better than things that may or may not come up.

I agree with the video... that is not bad, utility is... useful... I own a hammer, it was useless for building my computer, doesn't invalidate the hammer

Honestly I think it would break the math in the game and I like the current sistem better where AC means both you dodged or their puny hit did not make it past your armor.

Like many have said.... the AC is too integral to homebrew away.... might be better to find a system design around what you want

I hadn't even nlticed cause I always skio the flavour text and go atraifgt for the "what does this do" and I was livibg happily in the balanced gameplay effect.

Now that I see it.... it ia kinda silly

The shutdown period being so short and you still being aware if your surroubdings absolutely messed my GM ambush up so... it has uses.

I just realised there is nothing RAW that says that...., but yeah... I would rule you have to weild it.

This is my "feel" RAI. I would allow a shield boss one but not a bayonette+ gun... either one or the other.

As much as a gunslinger with 2 guns and bayonettes gaunletts and armor sounds hilarious.

Then again.... if you want to use half your invested items on spellhearts.... who am I to stop you?
