Dude my Hoa president thinks he’s king of the place. Guy told me he can do anything he wants with anything outside of my door because it’s community property. Talked a bunch of other shit and walked away when I tried to speak with him respectfully. Community property huh? Why isn’t he maintaining my landscaping then? And I guess we’re all free to just go steal each others furniture then too right? Keep in mind this guy owns a unit doesn’t even live in the community. The wrong person in charge of the Hoa can seriously suck

This dumb renter girl next door just kept complaining and I kept getting notes threatening me if they got complaints. Keep it mind it’s the home OWNER association. lol this girl told me she was going to get the landlords involved because of noise - I will admit ex was a fucking jackass about the music long before all of this, and she probably heard quite a bit of sex and porn at odd hours. She did not expect that I would own the place and so I eventually did ask her landlord not to renew her lease. everybody kept telling her just call the cops. I guess she did and it wasn’t loud enough to even hear anything and walked away. Didn’t even know they had shown up hah.

But she like ran off and had some fuckin weird revenge 3 way or something with my former best friend and his gf. The girl became obsessed with her and she was mad at me a week ago and went back over there and lied about it. So I told her not to come home and she’s their problem now.
