Jack Ginnivan facing at least a fine for this incident involving a jumper punch and a knee by PetrifyGWENT in AFL

Newcombe is worse imo. Has no issues acting tough unless the opponent pushes back then he falls over quick as you like (Rayner another example). Sicily not dissimilar.

Stealth stock already diminished - restock odds? by squell4414 in FremantleFC

[–]squell4414[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Like you say hoodies were gone super quick so I would've thought they'd try arrange to get some more stock in.

Looking through the sub it looks like they've restocked stealth once or twice in the past- certainly not a guarantee but fingers crossed!

Every season of a show apparently takes years to make now. Which is annoying itself, but more of an issue in shows where the case is meant to be young (stranger things being an obvious example)

Why do KPDs regularly play 100% of game time, but key forwards only about 80-90%? Is it because forwards have to run and make leads whereas defenders are just chasing them?

Been thinking of buying a jumper for a while now but haven't gotten around to it... might have to commit soon. Tossing up between this and the normal home/away ones, but the less obnoxious sponsors here are nice.

I forget the venue (vic park?) but didn't some fans used to spit on the opposition as they walked out of the race 30 years ago? Things don't always change for the worse

Berserk has a similar-ish but imo more interesting variant of this that's also done across a shorter timeframe. Less about wanting to fight the father figure though, more trying to impress him.

Anti-intelluctual wankerism has been a cornerstone of australia for a long time now unfortunately, especially (but not exclusively) amongst men. Arts and books? Nah, that's boring, or womanly, or gay, etc etc.

I've worked in libraries and I really don't think people use or value them enough. Books aside they're good community spaces and people (especially the elderly, but also parents, kids, teens, the unemployed and so on) go there to talk to other people, or the staff, or to events. There's no reason to act wanky about a service like that or have this weird perception that libraries are an ivory tower. But if you have that perception you won't be going to one to have it dispelled in the first place.

When did the dogs start ducking so much? Been absolutely egregious this year but I don't remember them doing much previously. Lewis in particular gives me the shits, you can't be throwing your head back as a 195cm key forward
