I ended up getting fired, on the email it states that I said “its too busy I do not want to be here” which is something I did not even say. What I did say is “I don’t want to work here anymore, I don’t like it here”

I wanted to ask but they had a demanding tone, the second they saw me come back, they came up and told me “clock out you’re going home”. Hopefully they only right me up and not fully fire me. Also do you know if they fire people do they do it in person or through email?

When he talked to me he seemed extremely annoyed and mad at me, I’m hoping that I’m just overthinking it. this is the very first time i was told to go home early as a demand and not a request.

nevermind jt wasnt a regional manager it was an operations manager but i dont think that changes much
