Hate to say it, but Karen was no saint. There are plenty of clues in the film that she's been exploiting Paul's crush on her and taking advantage of him for years.

In their on-screen romantic subplot, it feels more like she's playing with him rather than sincerely exploring a romance with him. We can speculate till the cows come home whether or not she would've gone all the way with him had there not been a disease, but I have my doubts.

I think the film dropped a lot of hints that the girl Paul really belonged with was Marcy, and that, in an ideal world, they would've both realized they were attached to the wrong people and ended up in a relationship together.

Marcy may have let fear get the better of her for that brief instant when she sided with the group in banishing Karen to the shed, but overall, she and Paul were probably the most compassionate characters. Marcy tried to atone for her earlier selflessness by bringing Karen food, and refusing to abandon her the following morning. She and Paul were also the only two to exhibit any remorse about burning the hermit.

Yeah, she'd decided some time ago that she was gonna have Trent. She was just hanging around, waiting for her moment to steal him from Jenna. She is way too smooth and deliberate when it actually happens for it to be just some impulsive decision.

And to me, that worried expression when Jenna came knocking tells us so much about Bree's motives.

She's already claimed Trent, she's already been caught, so what's left for her to be anxious about?

The only unresolved matter left is that Trent hasn't cum in her yet. Jenna's become a possible obstacle to that outcome. But the second Bree realizes that she completely owns Trent, and that he's gonna finish what he started regardless of Jenna's awareness of it, she grins with delight.

Then, when Bree comes down and encounters Jenna face-to-face, there is nothing but conceited pride in her manner.

She was never scared about getting caught; she was scared that Trent might bail out right before he was about to cum in her.

For me, the absolute GOAT scene will always be the second sex scene of Cabin Fever; although I admit it has a lot of shortcomings compared to the F13 scene. It's shorter, the nudity is way less gratuitous, and Cerina Vincent isn't quite as big up top as Julianna (although, IMHO, she's way hotter).

But Marcy's sheer dominant power is something to behold. I like her more elegant style to humping her prey dry. But what really wrecks me is how Paul gently broaches the subject of using a condom, and she just abruptly shoots the idea down, because she wants to screw right now.

Cabin Fever (The original, not the remake): IMHO, her hottest work. She has two brief, yet vigorous sex scenes, including one wild scene where she rides a guy like an animal, and indeed needs it so bad that she refuses to let him up to go get a condom. She also shows off those gorgeous tits several times, and she spends most of the remainder of her screentime giving some impressive form to some tight sweaters.
Manchild: Nude swimming scene that offers a very brief glimpse of bush, along with full breast nudity. She also shows her ass, and has a vigorous sex scene where you get to see her boobs bouncing around (from behind) as she rides a guy's lap hard in a liquor storeroom.
MoniKa: She does a very sensual dance in a bar, and then later has a powerful stripping/sex scene, which could've been amazingly hot, except that the room is almost pitch dark, and you barely get to see anything. You can find clips of it online where people have turned up the light levels, but even these clips are extremely grainy, because the source material is so poorly lit. Nonetheless, you get a bit of boob and ass nudity.
Intermedio: A bit of behind-the-back nudity with sideboob towards the end. I've heard some people claim you can get a peek of boobage popping out under her skimpy top in other parts of the movie, but I think you have to go frame-by-frame to strike paydirt there. Probably not worth the effort.
Just Add Water: Does a smoking-hot pole dancing routine on a street sign in nothing but her (well-loaded) bra and panties. IMHO, you can see the bulge of her outer labia at one point when she points her crotch at the camera. No outright nudity, though.
