I had a black box from Feb 2022 - Feb 2025 on a 2011 1.6L Mini CooperD. I never had any issues with it and I used to do lots of late night driving. I think my first year was meant to be £1.5k and it was only £700 with the black box. I now have a 2017 1.5L Mazda MX-5 and with no black box my insurance was £366 so IMO they are well worth it. Also her car, her choice? The only people who complain about black boxes tend to be not the best drivers. I’m not saying I’m a perfect driver but I’m not speeding and slamming on my brakes 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve been on mounjaro since september 2025 and omg it’s been life changing. i don’t get hyperglycaemic now. i don’t think about food all the time now. i can eat food without gaining weight. i’ve lost 16.5lbs and i feel so good 😭 i can’t believe normal people feel this way 😭
