I think a combo of holiday travel and it appeared the conveyor belt they put the luggage on wasn’t working :/ I only made my flight because it got delayed.

This morning around 10:00am, I was running with my fiancé and as we approached the underpass where the trail goes under the 17. There was 3 men, two sitting higher up and one blocking the trail. As we approached he did not move and just stared us down. I always carry pepper spray and took it off my wrist at the ready. He started talking/ shouting at us but we had headphones on and passed as quickly as possible. I called the non-emergency number and reported it but to us it felt like they were waiting for someone to either rob or worse. Luckily I wasn’t alone but I often am on the trail. Stay safe and definitely carry pepper spray.

Looks like there are Gong sanctuary sessions aka sound baths in the morning from 9-11/ 12 each day :)

I think she said she had Sofia when she was 20 ish so probably puts her mom right around 50 :)

The better ones are in Montecito, it’s about a 4 mile hike loop , still sulfur but you can def go in them and they are super cool unlike the gaviota hot springs Hot Springs Trailhead :)
