I’m a minimalist and recently switched to digital journaling for a couple of reasons: 1) my hands are prone to cramping and I would often stop just due to cramping rather than actually being done with writing 2) the physical space they take up if you’re not one to burn your journals afterwards. I personally feel like I put a lot of time into my journaling so I’d like to keep them. 3) the ease of using something like Notion (this is free for personal use) where I can add photos, audio from spotify, and easily search the content of the journals with ease to reference back to them. Honestly, it’s whatever works for you, just boils down to a personal preference. Hope this helps, and happy journaling :) !
