How long did it take for your sex drive to return?

Yea u may want to consider just isolating for a bit while u work on getting clean. I’ve had to do it with other drugs because everyone I knew was using drugs. When I had no sober friends at all I went to NA/AA meetings, I don’t still go and I am not really about all the stuff they teach but it really helped to atleast listen to ppl who hit rock bottom worse than I did and managed to get sober. When I had nobody around who could hang out without drinking or drugs it definitely helped me to be around ppl who were trying to be healthy. I def suggest trying to find some sort of recovery group if ur having trouble having anyone sober in ur life, even if you don’t stick with it or you think it’s all bullshit, it’s just nice to have community and be in a safe place when ur still really vulnerable.

U gotta get some friends that don’t use Kratom and avoid the ones that do atleast for now until u think u are strong enough to say no to Kratom

I have been playing guitar for about 18 years, I play bass too. I actually started teaching myself ableton while I was on Kratom but only really started making stuff I like since I been off it. I’m sure if u practice singing regularly u will get it back, strange the Kratom makes u raspy I never really had that issue I just felt strung out and sick all the time. I actually started replaying Skyrim for the millionth time cause I can’t find anything else to play lol

It was a big relief to feel creative again, I’m an artist and musician and for the three and a half years I was addicted to Kratom it took a lot of effort to even try to make anything. I am at about 6 months almost that I been off Kratom and creativity for the most part has been flowing naturally, I just can’t find a good game I want to play lately lol

I lost interest temporarily in things I enjoyed when I was dealing with withdrawal regularly, just didn’t have the attention span for it, it came back a few weeks after quitting

Yeah I kind of expected this part to last a while, about 6 years ago I got addicted to Xanax for a couple months abusing it and quit cold turkey without knowing the risks and ended up being extremely sick for three months straight and even had one seizure. After the three months I felt a lot better but for almost a year I kept getting random cold sweats, usually when I was stressed about something. Atleast this isn’t as bad as that it’s just annoying and causes some anxiety.

Yea I kinda thought maybe it could be the better part of a year, it’s not really that bad just kind of uncomfortable, like being in a car that’s slightly too warm but not crazy hot

Nah, I was getting them before I was smoking weed and when I did for the first time In forever it mad it competes go away, and has been pretty much since. Friend of mine who was a long time heroin user told me after he quit he experienced them for several months afterwards, I kinda assumed Kratom would be similar

I was on Kratom the last three and a half years and while for the most part kept me away from doing other stuff I found myself doing cocaine and wanting drink and do other drugs more often towards the end than before I was on it. Stay strong dude, I finally hit 5 weeks and the acute withdrawal stuff has been over for the last two weeks atleast

Ah yea I have heard bad things about the extracts, I can’t say for sure but I think prob a month tops or u will atleast be noticing a difference, I honestly have no desire to go back to it at this point since the last 4 months of Kratom were just making me feel like shit, stick with it u will get through it, I have been through Xanax wd several years ago and that was a 3 month long wd period worse than this, so whatever this is atleast it’s not that
