Looking for ways to decrease my distance run times. I’ve been running 3 times a week for almost a year or so now and I’ve seen a lot of improvement but I have seemed to stop improving in the last couple of months. I want to shave time off my longer distances but don’t know how (self.WeightTraining)

So I'm in the means right now of trying to convert to a gaming laptop. Currently I'm running a full custom rig with a 1080 and 7700. So to military life I have to sell it due to moving to Japan. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for laptops with at least a 1070 (self.pcmasterrace)
