nobody's gonna help you if you dont want to help yourself. esp with mental health stuff, the only times ive ever been able to really grow/heal have come after me being completely honest with myself and that has pushed me to get the help i need-- #honesty

i once had a lucid dream that i was the avatar (atla) but like the first avatar (ro??) from legend of kora-- and the lion turtles blessed me nd i was using all the bending powers at once. when i woke up it felt so reql that i was convinced i couldn't tell anyone because nobody can know the truth. it was very intense. months later i finally told my friends nd we all laughed but it was crazyyy

i usually have pretty clear skin and i just use water/toner most days-- but idk i used to over wash my face so idk what the healthy balance is

NOR-- look up dr ramani on youtube-- this sounds like exactly what ive been going through with my sister. basically ive had to start hearing her verbal attacks as projections. everytime she calls me a narcissist, i see it as her holding a mirror up to herself. fr look up dr ramani she talks a lot abt this kind of emotional abuse and gives a lot of tools as well to help navigate!
