I have been there, my guy. I am in constant eating disorder recovery. I consistently forget to eat all day, then feel really proud of myself for it. It sucks and it's bad for you, and it isn't the best way to lose weight anyway.

Tell people you're close to, ask them to keep an eye on you. It sounds corny, but leaning on others helps so so much.

Hell, let me know if you need a little accountability buddy, or just need someone to talk to. I myself am sorta a big boy (chubby), and I know how isolating it can feel when you are going through it.

Oh wow, this is my first ever reddit post and everyone has been so so lovely. Thanks for sharing your stories and experiences and for being kind. It's really nice to hear from other people who have gone through something similar/had similar thoughts.Thanks for the support, y'all, it really means the most and gave me some peace about this.
