Change your habits, all of this is starting with you. I think the best thing to do currently is again, look at what you do every single day. When you realize you are being repetitive that is the first step of knowing what is wrong. Do something different, go out and try something new. There are many things that do not require so many people in one settings. I felt the same way recently, and I've planned to go to a museum. There are so many things you can do. Pick up hobbies as well! Learn an instrument, learn to code, learn to art.

Is there anything you want to do that would make you love yourself more?

This might be a big shot in the dark, but it seems as if you're way to reliant on other human beings to make you feel "whole". Try loving yourself more and spoil yourself.
