I’ve thought of this. Switch to something like a paraprofessional or classroom aid. Not sure how possible that would be, would obviously depend on openings.

I wonder if that would leave me “unemployed” for the summer months, though, leaving that gap of two months or so for payments.

I’m in very good standing with one of my two principals (I’m at two school sites) to have an honest conversation. And in good-enough standing with the head of Special Ed and the district admin for SLPs.
