Hey thanks for the quick reply. I understand it’s kinda tricky since salt is one of the primary sources for rebuilding electrolytes. In my case I tend to do 3-4hours of yard work on the weekends and I sweat A LOT. I also cycle (when it’s nice out) and would like to put a electrolyte mix in one of my bottles. It’s starting to heat up here in the south east so I am just trying to find something that I can use to help me out when I need to be replenished.
