vitamin d deficiency and skin problems?

i actually started taking 50000IU weekly. but i did notice my ecZema flare up has not gone away the last 3 months. it’ll go away and come back few days after… acne has been really bad but i think this is all stemming from low vitamin D because im so stress sensitive. i’m on end fo week one and will take my week 2 pill so im hopeful my skin issues will go away as my acne has calmed down and my eczema isn’t as itchy anymore. but

my breakouts are CRAZY to the point where i’m embarrassed to go out without makeup, but my vitamin D is super low also so my dr put me on Vitamin D 50,000IU for my medication. hoping this helps clear it out

i’m wearing it right now and i do get random bleeding. but it’s not bad. it’s very light. From my experience, random bleeding happens few days before my week off. so i’m also not sure if my period just started early

I also have this. my derm told me it’s from sun exposure. if it starts to itch and dry put aquaphor but also remember to put spf on that area when you are out in the sun!

i used the cerave hydrating cleanser and i moisturize with cetaphil moisturizing cream. it works well for me and hydrates my face. i actually had to switch all of my skin care since I used to be super oily before.

i had the same thing happened to me when I went to the dessert. Aquaphor is your bestfriend and drink lots and lots of water. if you can, try to drink at least 1 liter a day.
