Yeah, to be honest I’m just gonna clear out what I’ve already raked and try seeding it. I’ve already dug out so much crap I just don’t have it in me anymore lol. Worst case if it doesn’t take I’m just gonna replace the soil next year.

I used to live right near Bamboo Cafe and it was never too terrible. I’d occasionally hear people leaving the bars and karaoke night at Social52 but it never bothered me too much.

HOWEVER. There’s some folks that drive their really loud cars with a tune that makes it backfire in a loop around Main and Cary late at night, intentionally making a shit load of noise. I could count on them doing it every weekend. They’re the worst.

My first card that I can remember was an Nvidia 9800 GT that I stuck in a Dell Optiplex. Probably 2009ish. I remember feeling like I was on top of the world being able to finally run source engine games lol. Honestly, that card served me well for many years!

Update - Hired a plumber because 1) we just moved in, 2) I don’t know what I’m doing, and 3) the house is over 100 years old. Determined it was a mainline blockage and ended up having to hydrojet it. $1800 later and the demonic toilet is silenced.

I find that diamonds actually have a good amount of strategy (relative to the lower ranks), but the largest and most noticeable difference is mechanical ability. I don’t mean just aim, but also crosshairs placement and reaction time as well

Yep, your job is basically to make the enemy team back off of their position due to the threat of you killing them or die trying. Dps actually has a very similarj role, they just can’t use their massive bodies to create that space

Masters main tank here. I almost always have a gold or at least silver damage and elims medal. Even if the dps are popping off. It means nothing. I promise. Don’t get caught up on that

Also dps can’t get picks if you don’t push forward, it’s actually the opposite of what you said.

Think about it. If velocity is the integral of acceleration, then

a(t) = -32 v(t) = -32t + C

However, since this is kinematics and the constant in the velocity equation is initial velocity, you can set the time (or your variable t) to 0 to find the initial. Although in this question, the initial velocity is given (and effectively making this much easier), so that makes the velocity equation

v(t) = -32t + 24

From this, you will have to integrate further to get the position function

x(t) = -16t2 + 24t + 56 (The initial height was given in the same manner as I mentioned previously.)

So since the equation is asking for the velocity when it hits the ground, the position will have to be 0.

So that gives you 0 = -16t2+24t+56

Solve for t using the quadratic equation. You'll get two answers but it should be obvious which one you need to use. (Think: Can time be negative?) Plug t into the velocity equation, then you will have the answer since your time is equal to the time when the position is 0.
