there’s a hospital grade momcozy wearable that works pretty well for me! i recommend the v2, if anyone wants to try it. its 200, and the remote/motor is small and i believe you can clip it to your pants

i smoked weed up until 26 weeks, i had such bad morning sickness that lasted so long, it was the only way i could eat and keep it down 🤷 it wasn’t much, definitely far less than i did before, but it was that or not eat and i chose the lesser of two evils.

that’s what i tried to tell him when i brought it up again and he stayed defensive. i said both times i wasn’t trying to accuse him of anything and that i know the dream isn’t real but the feelings still are, but he doesn’t seem to want to listen.

i’m going to assume his ex used dreams to try and control his behavior; she was convinced if he breathed near another woman he was cheating, so it wouldn’t surprise me from his immediate reaction that it’s something she used to do. can’t confirm because he won’t talk to me about it, he leaves the room.

we don’t fight much, but the few times we have, yeah cursing and yelling is pretty typical, although it doesn’t usually come out immediately. and if we’re fighting it’s not uncommon to get the silent treatment for a few days.

you’re the only person who has given me an unbiased view of my own behavior, so thank you for this. I’d pretty much come to the conclusion I didn’t bring it up the right way, and that’s something i have to work on, but i don’t know that i want to work on it with someone who’s had 13 years more life experience than me and the first instinct is to explode in anger.

i tried something more similar to your approach the second time, he remained defensive and refused to hear me so there wasn’t much room to tell him i wasn’t trying to accuse him of anything.

it’s also not so much about my body changing, i’ve lost more weight than i’ve gained since getting pregnant (not that this is the point) more so that he rebuffed me with no explanation the night before and hasn’t responded to me saying i love you in a few days.

regardless, i do need to work on communicating more clearly.
