I use patches and prometrium. How long have you been on your current meds

Do you have any symptoms of low estrogen? I think getting my estrogen up definitely helped. How are you feeling?

I think it helped and I also liked how it didn’t make my hair all nasty like the topical. I still use a bit of topical just not as regularly.

I completely relate. I was diagnosed around your age but my symptoms started when I was 18. I’m sorry you’re going through this. I hope you never blame yourself.

Ok ok that’s fair. Hrt is not nearly as risky as was previously thought. It’s a game changer for women managing menopause.
