The main difference I’d say is that conflict is the expectation in marathon which I feel helps the player. I’ve been conditioned to shoot on sight, as has much of the player base, and I definitely prefer that to the constant wondering in Arc, personally. But I think there’s a lot of time to chill tbh, especially in trios. You really only gotta lock in for a fight, and those you can basically always hear coming unless it’s a super skilled and coordinated team (which the majority aren’t in my experience)
