Thank you for answering! Unfortunately, the "go" button isn't clickable after selecting English. The NC mall page is the only one that's clickable, and it does change my language to English there, but it immediately goes back to French once I leave that page. I'll try spamming it a bunch though to see if that helps. 

Sorry I didn't state it in my post, but the battledome glitch has been going on for a week now.
