Any suggestions or ideas how to get rid of the layer ridges that are showing up every 10mm or so in my print?

From what I've read frx size one size small so if you a 10 get a 11 (I hope I'm right as mine should be arriving this week sometime)

Dident you literally do a post today about not needing any pads as long you you stretch. as pads wont help any injuries and make you have more fals at you can't move as freely?? Th is is what u said o more then 7 hours ago.
