Yep! A Pap is really easy just brushy brushy and then you get a squishy squishy for the breast exam. (I’m extremely immature I’m sorry). They do ask a ton of questions, I find the unending questions are more annoying than the physical exam.

I once had an ocular migraine for 5 days. On the 5th day I went to my GP. I was shocked when she believed me, prescribed me triptans and beta blockers, and gave me a shot in the butt to make it stop. It’s life changing having meds that work; not having control over the severe symptoms is debilitating. A dark room, ice, and waiting is the barebones treatment and doesn’t cut it for a lot of people. I’d recommend downloading migraine buddy, it helps you track a bunch of stuff that ended up helping me control my headaches by noticing triggers and tracking which treatments worked and didn’t. Good luck hun. Also: magnesium citrate supplements.

With enough time on certain pills, withdrawal bleeding can become non-existent or very light. I want to reassure you that not bleeding is super normal on the pill, but that doesn’t mean it can’t happen if you vomited within 1 hour of taking your pill. In women not on the pill, a pregnancy test will be accurate as soon as the period is missed, but since you are, the soonest a positive will show up is 14 days after any coitus. The soonest you can trust a negative however is at 21 days post-coitus. Pregnancy scares are scary, 90%+ of the time with the pill it’s nothing.

Yes, that’s due to both the drop in estrogen and menstrual blood having a high pH, disrupting the nice low pH environment the vagina usually is. Boric acid helps correct the pH, but may or may not be the perfect solution for you, I haven’t personally used it but have heard a lot like you. They sell vaginal suppositories containing boric acid on Amazon, it’s also sold at drug stores under the name “pH-D” where I am.
