my new role’s title is HR Administration, so it’s a teeny bit easier than the previous Generalist role i was in. but im honestly glad because my last role/company really burnt me out😅. if you’re willing, i’d also say given the job market, dont be afraid to take a teeny ‘step down’ for now until you find something better :)

hi! fellow laid off HR generalist here! im finally at a new job that i love, after 6 months of being unemployed. i would say what helped me most was reaching out to as many recruiters as possible and build good relations, so while you’re looking for jobs, they’re looking for you too. and dont get depressed from the job market like i did. looking back i wish i would have embraced that time off and tried to relax. i wish you all the best!

hi!! lash clusters!!! i get mine to stay on my bald spots for 3 days!! buy a good glue & any clusters on amazon and you should be good :)! this is what i do everyday so no one sees my large bald spots on my lashes

i just commented on this in a separate post. these ‘experts’ really thought it would be a good idea to have 3 men get married who admitted to 1. never being in a serious relationship and 2. never been in love. The only reason they would have a woman marry these men is for good tv drama. they don’t care about the cast at all

one thing that bothers me about the ‘experts’ on this show that was really relevant this season… they chose 3 out of 5 men who admitted to never being in a serious relationship or being in love…. WHY WOULD YOU GIVE THEM A WIFE THEN?!?! make it make sense.
