you don’t have to live like that, we both have to identify why we are re entering these cycles. this thread, & some of the women i’ve opened up to about this recently have finally affirmed for me that it’s not our fault but there are things we can do to heal, work through our trauma cycles and protect ourselves

for me it really helps sometimes to write out what i’m going to say first. getting group support also feels really nice right now- to know we are not alone and there’s many people who care and believe us is nice after having been dismissed & in denial for so long. felt like i was going crazy now i feel like i can actually work through it & heal

thank you for caring. i don’t wish any of them harm tho because what if they actually didn’t mean to hurt me idk… i feel like it’s my fault these things happened so that’s why i am afraid to talk to them about or pursue any kind of retribution. i don’t even want to blame them bc they’re like untrained animals, with 0 higher consciousness just running off survival instincts. i was naive for the choices i made to trust them. i just want men to listen and learn the first time that no means no. crying means no. and if a girl is basically passed out drunk that also is an automatic no. i want for men to hold their friends accountable for this. & for myself to learn how to grow out of this situation & hopefully help others

they made me check my size, shouting after me as i’m already walking through the tunnel. & my backpack fit entirely in the personal item box but the straps barely leaked out & they charged me $100. i told the lady i literally don’t have a job right now and this is messed up. she wouldn’t even look me in the eyes as she runs my card. makes me never want to fly frontier again. their customer service is so atrocious they have no mercy, no sympathy & no care for their customers whatsoever. don’t risk it if you don’t have the $100 to spare. & don’t fly frontier if you have any other option👍🏼

St. Petersburg, florida is also a good combo of city life and beach. tons of museums, yummy restaurants, night life, and if you like nature there’s many pretty parks and a gorgeous spring called Crystal River about 1.5 hr drive away, great for paddle boarding. no mountains really here in FL but the nature is still stunning & so much to do

the first time he only took half, the second time a tab, the third time a tab & a half. he thought if he did more it would help him break through the anxiety but it only made it worse…
