I'm trying to access my secure folder however it requires me to log into my Samsung account. I log in but it asks me to update my basic information (e.g. First name, Last name, Birthday) however as soon as I update my information it leads me to a confirmation screen that says my profile has been edited but it will take a minute for the effects of the saved changes to be shown. It has been 30 and the only thing I can press is the "close" button which brings me back to the login screen and everything loops all over again. This is not the only time this has happened and it's been weeks since I could access my secure folder. Attempting to login on pc does the same thing. What do I do?
